Today, I'm going to share some information about reducing weight
DO
- Drink a large amount of water as i mentioned before in previous post
- Eat more vegetables and fruits
- Eat less of carbohydrate foods such as rice
- Take more juices in your drinking habits
- Avoid to take soft drinks in your daily meal
- Sleep at least 6 - 8 hours per day to maintain your youth
- Think that you can reduce your weight (the most important motivation)

- Skip your breakfast! (It will boost your day)
- Eat only vegetables and fruits (You need protein and carbohydrate as well)
- Take any slimming pills (it will destroy your health from inside)
- Forget to have some exercise (light exercise such as using stairs should be enough)
- Give up!! (the most important)
