The Right Way to Reduce Weight

Salam to all guys and gals out there
How are you?
I'm fine here


Today, I'm going to share some information about reducing weight


DO

  • Drink a large amount of water as i mentioned before in previous post
  • Eat more vegetables and fruits
  • Eat less of carbohydrate foods such as rice
  • Take more juices in your drinking habits
  • Avoid to take soft drinks in your daily meal
  • Sleep at least 6 - 8 hours per day to maintain your youth
  • Think that you can reduce your weight (the most important motivation)

 DON'T

  • Skip your breakfast! (It will boost your day)
  • Eat only vegetables and fruits (You need protein and carbohydrate as well)
  • Take any slimming pills (it will destroy your health from inside)
  • Forget to have some exercise (light exercise such as using stairs should be enough)
  • Give up!! (the most important)
